Andy Osmundson - Ranch Manager, Idaho
Andy Osmundson was born and raised on a farm in northeast Iowa; he has always enjoyed working with horses and cattle. After working for a trainer in Montana, he began training horses on his own in Iowa under the guidance of a skilled horseman who was willing to share his knowledge and experience. Andy moved to Idaho in 1999 and continued to train horses until he was hired to care for the small herd of horses at Black Rock Ranch when it originated. He now manages and oversees the training, breeding, and sale of the ever-expanding herd of exceptional horses. Andy and his wife, Sara, live at Black Rock Ranch with their two young daughters. They enjoy the beauty of the area and spending time on the lake.

Darr Spencer - Ranch Manager, Texas
Darr was born in Roswell, New Mexico and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He relocated to Bridgeport where he has lived and worked on what is now known as Black Rock Ranch-Texas since 1997. With five years of feed lot experience and 15 years of cow/calf experience, he looks forward to the challenge of managing the horses on the ranch.
Darr has a daughter that attends UNT; a son to follow this year, and another son in high school. Darr enjoys boating with his family, coaching youth football, and is a Lieutenant with the volunteer fire department.

Leonard Watson - Ranch Foreman, Texas
Leonard was raised on a small farm in South Texas, and now calls Bridgeport home. He joins Black Rock Ranch with over 35 years of farm, ranch and heavy equipment experience. Leonard's enjoyment of cattle and horses was started at an early age--influenced by his Grandfather; and has grown over the years. From youth rodeo with his kids, to competing and judging team penning events, he stays busy!
In his spare time Leonard likes to hunt, fish and is a volunteer firefighter.

Grant Setnicka - Head Trainer, Idaho
Grant was born in Jackson, Wyoming and grew up in Southern California. After high school, Grant pursued a rodeo career in team roping before he started training professionally. Grant is currently working with the cutting horses here at Black Rock Ranch.

Teresa Fisher - Stallion Manager, Idaho
Teresa grew up and attended school in Oklahoma. She raised two children outside of Ponca City, Oklahoma where they raised rodeo horses for her daughter Jenna. Jenna is now a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and her son, Corey, is a welder living in Gonzales, Louisiana. Teresa enjoys boating on Lake Coeur d’Alene and working. |

Travis Stewart - Trainer, Idaho
Travis was raised in Clovis, California. His love for horses started early and has guided his career. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA in 2002 with a degree in Animal Science. He has over six years experience, working with great trainers, such as Don Murphy, Ron Ralls, and Todd Bergen. |

Kristie - Ranch Staff, Texas
Kristie was raised in Lubbock, Texas. She moved to Bridgeport in 1997 with her husband of 20 years-Darr, and their three children, Kelsi, Kade, & Keefer. Kristie's love and experience for the outdoors, cattle, and horses swayed her to leave her job as a Pharmacy Tech. She brings this experience with her in pursuing a career with the horses at the Texas Ranch.
During her time off, Kristie enjoys boating and cooking out with family and friends.

Justin Roscoe - Veterinarian, Idaho
Justin was born and raised in Dillon, Montana. He attended college at Montana State University in Bozeman; receiving a degree in Bio-Technology, and then went on to Oklahoma State where he was accepted into their veterinary program. Before joining the team at Black Rock Ranch, he practiced in Oklahoma and Missouri. He enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hunting and pack trips into the mountains.

Erin Taormino - Trainer, Idaho
Erin was born and raised in Grenfell, Saskatchewan, Canada. She grew up riding and showing horses, and after graduating high school moved to Alberta to pursue her show career. This eventually took her to Texas, where she apprenticed under Ron Ralls for more than four years. When not working, she enjoys spending time in outdoor pursuits such as snow and water skiing. |
